Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand (CAANZ):
- As members of CAANZ, we are subject to, and bound by the Institute, and our work and files are subject to the practice review rules of the Institute under which compliance with professional standards by members is monitored.
Inland Revenue:
- To meet their minimum reporting & disclosure requirements.
Other Third Parties:
- To provide our services to you, we utilise selected services and products from 3rd parties, for example, cloud-based accounting software like Xero, Accountancy Insurance, email and collaboration platforms like Microsoft, and batch mail house services
- In utilising these services, your information is provided to these platforms or services providers solely to enable us to provide our services to you. Your information is not used by any 3rd party provider for any other purpose than to facilitate the services we provide to you
- We may disclose your personal information where we have a public duty to provide it or are authorised under law to do so
What we will not do:
- We will not collect nor ask you to provide information regarding your ethnic origin, political and religious beliefs, health information, criminal records, sexual orientation. If you choose to discuss this with us, we will respect your beliefs and values. We will not store this information on file.
Storage of information:
Your personal information is held securely in electronic format and will be retained for as long as may be relevant to our engagement with you.
